COCONUT GRANOLA BARS

Morning! I hope you’re excited for recipe number 6.  These coconut granola bars literally take five minutes (plus ten in the freezer to help them harden) and they are such a delicious snack to have on hand.  Tim and Harlow both love snacking on them and they are super easy to pack when we are out for the day as well.  Hope you love them! COCONUT GRANOLA BARS

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of oats
  2. 1 tsp of vanilla
  3. 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  4. 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  5. 1 tbsp of milled flax seed
  6. 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
  7. 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  8. 1 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a bowl
  2. Mix together well until sticky
  3. Grease a 8x8 dish with coconut oil
  4. Add the mixture and press down in the dish well
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut on the top
  6. Set in the freezer for ten minutes to allow the bars to set
  7. Remove from freezer, cut into bars and store in a container of choice.
