GINGERBREAD GRANOLA

Hello day 3 of our 25 days of Holiday Plant Based Recipes.  I hope you guys love this one and if you love ginger anything, I’m sure you will.  Harlow LOVED this and kept saying “mmm mmmm mmm” every bite she took.  I honestly melt when she loves my cooking–shucks (haha).  Anyways, hope you love it! If you’re not a huge fan of molasses you could always skip it for maple syrup.

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups of oats
  2. 1/2 cup of mixed raw nuts (we used pecans and walnuts)
  3. 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
  4. 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  5. 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  6. 1 tbsp of milled flax
  7. 1 tbsp of ground ginger
  8. 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  9. 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  10. 1 tsp of all spice
  11. 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  12. 1/4 cup of molasses
  13. 1/2 cup of maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl, then spread out on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you have a really good oven then try for 15 minutes making sure it doesn't burn. Let sit on the pan till cool and transfer and store in a sealed container to keep it fresh.
