LOADED PEANUT BUTTER BANANA TOAST

Toast is such an easy way to get in lots of nutrients.  Nut butters, chia and hemp seeds with whole grains and added fruit can be a very nutritious breakfast.  In our meals you will see a lot of whole foods but you are more than welcome to substitute if ever necessary. I love added seeds to our food for added vitamins and minerals and both chia and hemp are packed with both. Hope you guys love this simple combo.

Ingredients
  1. 4 slices of bread
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  4. Drizzle of maple syrup or agave
  5. Pinch of hemp seeds per slice
  6. Pinch of chia seeds per slice
Instructions
  1. Toast slices of bread
  2. Spread peanut butter on each slice
  3. Add sliced banana
  4. Spread pinches of hemp seeds and chia seeds
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup
