TASTY TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

Turmeric has a number of health benefits so I’m always trying to sneak it into my dishes.  This smoothie is by far my favourite smoothie I make.  The balance between the ginger and turmeric is simply amazing.  I’ve seen this combo used a bunch so it’s really easy to create any variation of your own if you wish to change it up a bit.  Quick, easy and healthy.  Hope you love it.

Ingredients
  1. 1.5 cups of frozen mango
  2. 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk (or any non dairy)
  3. 1/2 cup of coconut water
  4. 1 tsp of turmeric
  5. 1 tsp of fresh ginger*
Instructions
  1. Use a grater to grade the ginger or use a thumb size amount and just blend in your blender as is.
